Tổng quan

Develop and execute merchandising strategies for the food or non-food categories.
Manage product assortment, category planning, and SKU selection (e.g., snacks, beverages, packaged food; or homeware, toys, stationery).
Source and negotiate with local and international food suppliers.
Ensure compliance with local food safety regulations and quality standards.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
Oversee pricing strategies and promotional planning.
Analyze sales performance, margins, and inventory turnover.
Work closely with procurement, operations, and marketing teams.
Manage stock levels, minimize wastage, and ensure proper inventory control.
Lead and develop the merchandising team.
