- Read and understand drawings and specifications; proactively raise intelligent queries regarding any outstanding design information or discrepancies.
- Measure quantities for Architectural, Civil, and Structural works.
- Understand the Standard Method of Measurement and measure construction floor area (CFA).
- Prepare partial Bills of Quantities (BQ).
- Assist in the preparation of Tender Documents, Contract Documentation, Cost Estimation, Cost Plans, partial Pre-Tender Estimations, and other related reports.
