Lead the setup and daily management of Ecommerce stores, platform activity participation and promotion design.
Responsible for merchandise on the product description and selling point map review.
Work closely with CS, warehouse team to handle after-sales issues and customer complaints.
Regular inventory management, sales data consolidation and demand forecast feedback.
Manage & Optimize Store P&L
Work with marketing and agency partners to drive performance through affiliate marketing, paid ads, KOL/KOC programs, and livestream activities.
Make reports as per assigned tasks.
Other matters of director arrangements.
