Ensure all production occurs in line with Lidl’s strict Ethical Sourcing Policies
Ensure programs & policies are in place to provide the safest working environment attainable
Ongoing training and support for suppliers to manage TNA’s and CPs in line with accurate timelines and requirements.
Initiate the supplier to build the TNA at time of development and negotiation
Ensure all capacity plans pre - selection are conducted and ensure its validity
Ensure the agreed lead-time takes into account all long lead time Product Pass and or Tech Pack elements like licensed products, ECO Print, special certifications, and testing
