Establish and manage all HR activities for De Heus Laos, ensuring compliance with Lao labor law and global policies. Responsible for full HR spectrum: recruitment, C&B, labor relations, training, culture, and HR administration.
Accountabilities:
HR Strategy & Compliance
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Lao law and De Heus standards.
Act as liaison with government agencies for labor, social insurance, and tax
Ensure compliance for work permits and visas.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Act as liaison with government agencies for labor, social insurance, and tax.
Ensure compliance for work permits and visas

Handle payroll, PIT, and mandatory insurance.
Control HR costs within budget
Performance Management
Administer the performance review process and ensure timelines are met.
Coordinate with department heads to collect and consolidate performance data.
Manage salary adjustment and promotion procedures based on approved evaluations.
Training, Onboarding & Employee Engagement
Develop and implement annual training plan, including onboarding programs for new hires.
Manage training records, career paths, and competency development.
Organize internal events and engagement activities to strengthen company culture.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and propose improvement actions.
HR Administration
Manage employee records and contracts.
Track probation, contract renewal, and leave.
Handle office administration tasks such as stationery and supplies.
Prepare and process documentation for foreign employees (work permits, visas).
Others
Participate in HR initiatives and projects as assigned by the Manager.
