  • Define and execute the sales strategy, ensuring alignment with broader Southeast Asia business objectives
  • Develop differentiated go-to-market approaches based on market maturity and customer profiles
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team in Vietnam
  • Establish and implement a full sales lifecycle management framework to drive talent development and team productivity
  • Drive new business development targeting Chinese multinationals expanding into Vietnam, local manufacturers, importers and exporters, e-commerce platforms, and cross-border sellers
  • Drive revenue growth across core product lines: Cross-border Import & Export (2B/2C), International Supply Chain Solutions (warehousing & fulfillment), and Overseas Transportation (air, sea, land, and customs services)
  • Leverage JD Logistics' local self-operated warehousing network and proprietary systems to deliver integrated warehousing-fulfillment and digital supply chain solutions
  • Lead negotiations on large-scale contract logistics and strategic agreements to secure long-term, sustainable growth
  • Build and maintain deep strategic partnerships with key accounts, delivering tailored supply chain solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, product, and customs teams to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery
  • Represent JD Logistics at industry conferences, trade shows, and key client meetings to strengthen brand presence across the region
  • Drive the achievement of assigned team & individual financial and non-financial KPIs.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of operational and performance reporting.
