Manage the full recruitment cycle for critical and volume logistics roles, including operations, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain functions
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best talent fit
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce plan.
Provide expert guidance on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
Coordinate interview processes and provide regular updates on hiring progress
Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring journey
Communicate effectively and maintain timely follow-ups with candidate
Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics using the ATS
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance hiring efficience
Prepare regular reports on hiring progress, pipeline status, and market trends
