Identify and develop new sales opportunities and execute sales activities in logistics services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends and improve sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Provide regular feedback to management regarding market insights and client needs.
Monitor contract execution, follow up on payments, and support debt collection.
Report performance on a weekly/monthly basis.
Other tasks if requested by the department head.
