Be responsible for the development of the NPI (from Engineering phase to MP) in terms of timeline, milestones achievement and coordination of activities of all Depts involved.
Build & follow project (Motorcycle helmets) gantt, ensure project catch main milestones/production timing.
Proposing solutions for open issues to guarantee project goes on smoothly.
Support Design team from initial phase for design solution (If possible, could join design activities).
Coordinate activities between Vietnam factory and HQ in Italy.
Budgeting estimates and reporting.
