Revenue and Accounts Receivable Management
Issue invoices and recognize revenue for each sales channel (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
Monitor accounts receivable from e-commerce platforms, shipping providers, payment service providers, and business partners.
Verify the accuracy of revenue, collections, service fees, commissions, discounts, and other adjustments.
Record accounting entries related to revenue, accounts receivable, and associated costs in compliance with accounting regulations.
Review and record transactions related to product returns, refunds, vouchers, promotions, trade discounts, and shipping subsidies.
Payment Reconciliation
Reconcile revenue and cash receipts between:
The ERP system
Reports from e-commerce platforms.
Identify, investigate, and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
Monitor outstanding settlements and follow up on missing or short payments from e-commerce platforms.
Reporting
Prepare reconciliation reports analyzing differences between recorded revenue and revenue reported by e-commerce platforms monthly.
