- Factory performance analysis
- Analyze monthly factory costs, including in-house expenses and subcontracting costs, to identify key cost drivers and performance trends.
- Perform what-if analysis to support operational decision-making
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable improvements for better performance.
- Ad hoc Projects
- Create ad hoc financial analysis by business requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Major/Subject: A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, management, or related fields is preferred; finance, accounting, or auditing backgrounds are a plus.
- Professional Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); analysis tools (Power BI is a plus)...
- Years of Work Experience: 3 - 4 years’ experience (garment or fabric experience is highly desirable).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in data processing and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PPT.
- Languages: Chinese (English is a plus)
