Implement the process to issue new purchase orders in ERP system.
Follow up delivery and expedite purchase orders to get parts delivered on time as required schedule.
Arrange for picking up of parts, materials under Ex-work delivery term including arranging for payment for POs.
Check shipping documents such as Inv, PL, BL/AWB and transfer them to the logistic team for implementing the importing process.
Source alternative parts, suppliers, ensure parts’ supply continuity and quality of products where necessary.
Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive purchasing price, on time delivery, and continous improvement on other commercial terms.
Problem solving for NCRs related to suppliers.

Prior experience in material import operation, purchasing operation, material delivery management or import logistic operation for imported materials from overseas suppliers for a large number of items (1500-> 2000 material SKUs) for at least five years is critical.
Good negotiation skills both in English and Vietnamese
Good skills of Excel
University, college graduation or the like is required. Supply Chain Certification is a plus.
Logistic operation or purchasing operation experience

Demonstrated ability to learn new things quickly and apply the new things in daily work effectively.
Familiar with multiple tasks handling.
Familiarity with working with ERP systems for purchasing functions.
Candidates located in Distr 9, Distr 1, Distr 2, Distr 4, Distr 7 or willing to change location to work in District 7 are preferred.
We welcome all candidates who have got import logistic operation experiences or purchasing operation experiences (PO follow up for repetitive orders) or the like and having passion to work in purchasing field for production companies.
