- Partner cross-functionally to improve quality, cost, and productivity
- Benchmark and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Define and execute the plant automation strategy.
- Lead the Automation Team to deliver automation solutions.
- Drive automation projects to improve manufacturing performance.
- Develop engineering team capabilities
- Build strong succession and training plans
- Foster a high-performance and collaborative culture
