As a key liaison between our Vietnam Suppliers, our headquarters in Japan, and our U.S. branch, you will be responsible for providing sales support with a primary focus on delivery schedule management.
Monitor production progress, confirm delivery schedules, and coordinate
shipments with supliers in Vietnam.
Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure on-time
production, logistics, and delivery.
Provide sales support by managing orders, pricing, and delivery-related
operations.
Prepare and manage shipping and commercial documents, including
invoices, packing lists, and other related documents.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
