  • ・Develop and maintain web applications using PHP frameworks (Laravel, Phalcon, etc.)
  • ・Participate in both backend and frontend development for outsourcing projects
  • ・Work closely with IT Comtor and SE teams from the Japanese headquarters
  • ・Participate in requirement analysis, detailed design, coding, API documentation, unit testing, and system testing
  • ・Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance
  • ・Collaborate with team members through code reviews and technical discussions
  • ・Support deployment, maintenance, and operational tasks when needed
  • ・Continuously improve development quality and workflows

  • Must-Have:
  • ・At least 2 years of experience in Fullstack Web Development
  • ・Experience in PHP is required.
  • ・Experience in frontend development using React.js, Next.js, or similar frameworks
  • ・Experience in API development and database design
  • ・Experience with Git/GitHub for source code management
  • ・Ability to analyze, design, and build systems
  • ・Experience writing unit tests or test automation
  • ・Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • ・Proactive mindset with willingness to learn new technologies
  • ・Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • ・Experience utilizing AI tools during development
