Planning & Strategy: Develop project control plans, establish cost centers, set standards, and manage capital planning.
Cost Control: Budgeting, cost tracking, cash flow forecasting, monitoring actuals vs. budget, and analyzing financial variances.
Scheduling: Develop resource-loaded schedules, critical path analysis, monitoring progress, and resolving schedule issues/delays.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate performance reports (KPIs, variances), analyze data, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Risk & Compliance: Identify risks, implement mitigation, and ensure adherence to company policies, laws, and contractual obligations.
Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead project controls teams, coordinate with project managers, finance, and stakeholders, and facilitate communication.
