  • MANUFACTURING 30%
  • EQUIPMENT:
  • activities/tasks to minimize downtime.
  • MAINTAINNANCE
  • 2 Familiar with machine operating system and able
  • to troubleshoot the manufacturing machines.
  • 3 Preventive maintenance is properly carried out
  • and recorded.
  • 4 Equipment breakdown is properly repaired and at
  • the best available time.
  • 5 Make work improvement to reduce the downtime
  • of critical machine.
  • 6 Review and manage the spare parts as well as
  • the safety stock, inventory reserve, lead-time and
  • variance between physical and system.
  • 7 Make technical report as routinely.
  • 8 Lead the daily meeting and assign tasks to team
  • members and follow up as priority based on
  • 9 Production impact.
  • Follow up with other Dept. to ensure the
  • 10 facilities/parts/Manpower are meet the
  • expectation and minimize impact to production
  • activity.
  • Take the responsibility for the KPIs, cascade and
  • 11 follow up with team members to ensure the
  • expectations are met.
  • TECHNICAL 20% 2.1 Through the daily activities, create the “One Point
  • LEARNING AND
  • Lesson” and other SOP, WI.
  • SHARING
  • 2 Support or conduct the Technical Training to
  • improve the knowledge for other team members.
  • Coach and qualify the newcomers.
  • 3 Create complex electrical drawing can apply for
  • 4 using, publish and training to lower level
  • AM/PM/CM 20% 3.1 Coordinate and support the Autonomous
  • Maintenance activities.
  • 2 Coordinate with relevant teams to setup the
  • preventive maintenance as weekly/ monthly
  • routinely and report.
