- Manage and organize personnel in the production area; assign tasks and ensure production plans are carried out as required.
- Prepare daily and weekly production plans.
- Monitor productivity, production progress, and raw material consumption; ensure food safety and hygiene standards; handle and report non-conforming products.
- Supervise occupational safety in the assigned production area.
- College/University degree in Food Technology, Biology, Food Processing, Food Preservation, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in a Team Leader, Production Manager, Production Supervisor, or similar position.
- Good knowledge of HACCP, ISO, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience working at bread manufacturing factories is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills are an advantage.
