  • Lead the development and execution of short- and long-term strategic marketing plans to drive sustainable business growth, market share, and profitability.
  • Take ownership of the full P&L of the assigned business/portfolio, including revenue, gross profit, operating profit, marketing budget, forecasting, pricing, promotion, and ROI.
  • Translate market, consumer, competitor, and business insights into clear commercial and marketing strategies, identifying opportunities for portfolio growth, innovation, and market expansion.
  • Lead product lifecycle and go-to-market strategies, from product concept, NPD and launch to post-launch evaluation and portfolio optimization.
  • Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other functions to turn strategies into effective commercial execution and deliver business results.
  • Monitor business and market performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and proactively adjust strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Ensure marketing activities and investments are business-driven and result-oriented, with a strong focus on commercial impact rather than communication execution alone.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team, building a high-performance culture and developing future marketing talents.
  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Take full ownership of assigned business results and demonstrate resilience, strong execution, and persistence in overcoming challenges.
  • Perform other duties and projects assigned by the line manager.
