Tổng quan

  • Act as the quality focal point for assigned customers and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and applicable industry standards.
  • Handle customer quality issues, complaints, and quality reports, ensuring timely response using 8D methodology.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) using quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, and PFMEA.
  • Support APQP activities, including Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, PPAP, and First Article Inspection (FAI).
  • Develop, review, and maintain Quality Inspection Plans, Work Instructions, Acceptance Criteria, and other quality documentation.
  • Monitor production quality performance, analyse quality data, and drive continuous improvement activities.
  • Conduct process audits, layered process audits, product audits, and internal quality audits.
  • Coordinate with Production, Process Engineering, SQE, Purchasing, and customers to resolve quality issues.
  • Review and approve deviations, concessions, MRB dispositions, and Certificates of Conformance (CoC) where applicable.
  • Monitor calibration status of measuring equipment and ensure only calibrated equipment is used in production.
  • Stop production or withhold product shipment when product quality or compliance is in doubt.
  • Support supplier quality improvement activities and participate in supplier issue investigations when required.
  • Participate in new product introduction (NPI), engineering change (ECN), and process validation activities.
  • Monitor process capability (Cp/Cpk), SPC trends, MSA studies, and implement improvement actions where required.
  • Prepare and present quality metrics, customer reports, and management review inputs.
  • Support external customer audits, certification audits, and follow-up corrective actions.
  • Conduct quality-related training for operators, inspectors, and relevant personnel.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Quality Manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of Quality Engineering experience in EMS/PCBA or electronics manufacturing.
  • Experience supporting automotive customers is preferred.
  • Good understanding of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
  • Experience with SMT, PCBA assembly, Box Build, and electronic manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in customer complaint handling and 8D problem solving.
  • Familiar with IPC-A-610 and other IPC standards is an advantage.
