Tổng quan
- Service Operations & SLA Management
- Manage service partners and site engineers to ensure all issues are resolved on time in accordance with customer Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Track, record, and analyze service tickets; coordinate cross-department efforts for effective problem resolution.
- After-Sales Technical Support
- Provide on-site and remote after-sales technical support for customers and partners regarding EVCS systems, including equipment installation, debugging, rework, and system optimization.
- Deliver Level 2 technical support and troubleshoot complex product or system issues.
- Product & System Improvement
- Identify critical product and system issues and propose improvement plans.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to continuously enhance product performance, stability, and reliability.
- Customer & Partner Training
- Conduct training sessions for customers and service partners on product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Support knowledge sharing and capacity building across service teams.
- Note:
- Candidates from Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City may required to attend training in Hanoi for 2–3 months. The company covers all expenses including flights, transportation, and hotel accommodation.
- Shift rotation:
- + Shift 1: 6:00 – 14:00 (No allowance)
- + Shift 2: 14:00 – 22:00 (Extra allowance 200k/shift)
- + Shift 3: 22:00 – 6:00 (Extra allowance 300k/shift)
- Income range: 27-30M
- Working time: 6 shifts/week
- Annual leave: 14 days per year, every 2 years of service adds 1 extra day, up to a maximum of 7 days
