Tổng quan

  • Accounting & Bookkeeping:
  • Record all daily accounting transactions accurately and timely.
  • Ensure all entries comply with accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Verify supporting documents before posting entries into the system.
  • Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting records.
  • Financial Reporting
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Balance Sheet - Profit & Loss Statement - Cash Flow Statement
  • Analyze financial data and explain variances when required.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management and headquarters.
  • Tax Reporting
  • Prepare and submit tax declarations (VAT, CIT, PIT, and other applicable taxes).
  • Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and laws.
  • Support communication and working process with tax authorities when required.
  • AR/AP/inventory Management (Internal Control)
  • Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) and inventory.
  • Perform regular reconciliation with customers/suppliers/stock count.
  • Track outstanding balances and ensure timely settlement.
  • Control AR/AP-related cash flow activities.
  • Intercompany Reconciliation
  • Perform monthly reconciliation with the parent company.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between subsidiary and headquarters.
  • Ensure consistency between local accounting records and group reporting systems.
  • Compliance & Internal Control
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and regulations.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and control.
