Achieve sales targets for assigned MT accounts.
Monitor sell-in, sell-out, stock levels, and waste/disposal rates.
Ensure effective execution of promotions, displays, product launches, and in-store activities.
Build strong relationships with Buyers to secure better visibility, distribution, and promotional support.
Manage customer issues and ensure excellent service.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Support new product launches and new customers expansion.
Expand store coverage and increase sales volume within existing accounts.
Track market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
Provide market insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Develop sales plans and ensure timely execution.
Supervise and coach PGs/Merchandisers.
Monitor inventory, company assets, and account receivables.
