Standardize Regional IT: Drive consistent infrastructure, security, and operational standards across all Asia offices.
Enable Expansion: Support IT infrastructure planning and deployment for new office setups and relocations.
Manage Enterprise Networks: Oversee the administration of regional LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and firewalls.
Optimize System Health: Monitor and maintain network performance and high availability across all sites.
Enforce IT Security: Manage endpoint protection, patching, and security controls in partnership with the SOC team.
Provide Advanced Support: Serve as the senior escalation point for complex IT issues and manage local tech vendors.
Ensure 24/7 Continuity: Maintain 24/7 ad-hoc standby availability for urgent office infrastructure support and incident response.
Foster Collaboration: Work with global IT teams to ensure seamless project delivery and cohesive technology standards.
