Visit customers, conduct site surveys, and analyze customer requirements.
Design and propose technical solutions, prepare BOQS, technical proposals, and support quotations.
introduce, demonstrate, and promote company products and solutions to customers.
Provide technical consultation and pre-sales support throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, implementation partners, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage assigned projects and customer accounts from initial engagement through implementation and acceptance.
Participate in customer meetings, seminars, exhibitions, and marketing events.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Continuously learn new technologies and provide technical support for new products and solutions.
