  • 根据公司目标市场，通过电话、邮件、社交平台、商务拓展或拜访等方式开发潜在客户
  • 准备并跟进报价单、合同、合作文件、进场申请及其他相关商务资料
  • 与客户、物业管理方、公司外部合作单位及内部团队协调沟通，确保设备运输、安装及项目实施顺利进行
  • 全程跟进设备投放流程，协调各相关方，及时处理项目实施过程中出现的问题，确保项目按计划完成
  • 维护现有客户关系，持续跟进客户需求，并支持长期合作机会的拓展
  • 定期向直属主管汇报项目进度、点位情况、客户反馈及业务开展情况
  • 更新客户资料、项目记录，并完成直属主管安排的其他相关工作
  • Identify and approach potential clients through phone calls, emails, social media, networking, or direct visits based on the company’s target market.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, contracts, partnership documents, site access applications, and other related business documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients, building management teams, external contractors or service providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth machine delivery, installation, and project implementation.
  • Follow up on the entire machine deployment process, coordinate with all relevant parties, resolve issues arising during implementation, and ensure successful project completion.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients, follow up on their business needs, and support the development of long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare regular reports on project progress, site status, client feedback, and business activities for the direct manager.
  • Update client information and project records, and perform other duties assigned by the direct manager.
