Provide technical support to sales team and customer in the process of pre and after sales of geared motors
Key Related Activities
Understand of geared motor: functions, operation, manual … in order to train salesman, support to choose products and train customers.
Understand of Applications: operation, installing, maintaining in order to support customers to calculating and find good solutions
Use AutoCAD, specialized software… to make drawings, technical data
Survey facilities of End Users to build the products map of all sectors/industry
Co-ordinate with other function ie DSC, Quality, Productions to solve technical issues as well as products quality as: options request, maintenance, guarantee…
To confirm all products for salesmen before offering to customers.
Other tasks as may be requested from time to time.
