Tổng quan

  • Quản lý, kiểm soát và triển khai hồ sơ thiết kế kết cấu qua các giai đoạn của dự án.
  • Lập phương án, tính toán và đưa ra giải pháp kết cấu tối ưu về kỹ thuật và chi phí.
  • Điều phối với Kiến trúc, MEP, các kỹ sư, tư vấn, nhà thầu và Chủ đầu tư để xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật.
  • Kiểm tra chất lượng bản vẽ, hồ sơ tính toán, BOQ và đảm bảo tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn/quy chuẩn.
  • Quản lý tiến độ, phân bổ công việc và dẫn dắt đội ngũ kỹ sư kết cấu.
  • Tham gia họp, thuyết trình và bảo vệ phương án kỹ thuật trước Chủ đầu tư/đối tác.
  • Hỗ trợ công tác giám sát, xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật trong giai đoạn thi công khi cần.
  • Tham gia phát triển dự án và phối hợp với Ban lãnh đạo để đạt mục tiêu kinh doanh.
  • Lead and manage structural design works throughout the different design stages of projects.
  • Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, design documents and BOQ.
  • Develop practical and cost-effective structural solutions in accordance with applicable Vietnamese and international standards.
  • Coordinate with Architects, MEP Engineers, Consultants, Contractors and other disciplines to resolve technical issues and avoid design conflicts.
  • Plan, manage and monitor design schedules, workload and deliverables.
  • Review the quality and compliance of structural design documents before submission to the Client.
  • Attend project meetings and present and defend technical solutions when required.
  • Support construction teams in resolving structural issues during the construction stage.
  • Lead and develop the structural design team, including work allocation, performance monitoring and technical guidance.
  • Build effective relationships with Clients, Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers.
  • Support business development and project acquisition activities as required.
