Conduct internal training sessions on:
English communication skills
Soft skills (communication, teamwork, problem-solving, workplace attitude, presentation skills, etc.)
Prepare training materials, presentations, activities, and assessments for training programs.
Assess employees’ training needs and support the development of annual training plans.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations.
Coordinate with departments to arrange training schedules and participant lists.
Track training records, attendance, and training reports.
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Create an engaging and positive learning environment for employees.
Support other Learning & Development activities assigned by the HR department.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Human Resources, Education, or related fields.
Good command of English communication.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Passion for teaching, training, and employee development.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Experience in training or teaching is an advantage.
