Tổng quan

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining influencer resources (KOL/KOC) across major social media platforms (such as TikTok). Drive brand awareness and directly stimulate sales conversion (GMV) on e-commerce platforms through deep-level collaborations.
  • 1/ Influencer Resource Management
  • Search, screen, and expand KOL/KOC networks across various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to build and continuously optimize the brand's influencer database.
  • Implement fine-grained classification and management of influencers to ensure resources are highly aligned with the brand positioning.
  • 2/ Partnership Liaison & Relationship Maintenance
  • Manage the full cycle of influencer collaboration, including business negotiations, contract signing, sample follow-ups, and commission settlements.
  • Maintain long-term, in-depth partnerships with high-quality influencers to build brand loyalty and secure core time slots and traffic support.
  • 3/ Strategy & Planning
  • Develop phased influencer collaboration plans and distribution strategies based on the company's annual/quarterly marketing goals.
  • Write collaboration Briefs to guide influencers in producing high-quality content that matches the brand identity while ensuring conversion efficiency.
  • 4/ Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Track real-time performance data of influencer collaborations (including engagement, CTR, conversion rate, GMV, etc.).
  • Regularly summarize and analyze campaign effectiveness, produce review reports, and continuously optimize influencer selection criteria and collaboration models based on data.
