Tổng quan

  • To plan and organize material demand & forecast systematically by using the ERP system and ensure that material demand (including long lead time items) is triggered timely and accurately, included summary preparation
  • Participate in weekly Planning Review meetings to ensure all parties are update with the latest information, ensure easy monitoring of project management progress .
  • To support proper handling of ECN and ensure accurate quotations are timely provide to BBP using the BESI quotation format.
  • Match demand and supply and strive to have leveled and balanced factory loading.
  • Create/extend/maintain Material Master based on standard settings and liaise with other departments on the maintenance of Material Master.
  • Create Production BOM based on standard reference
  • Update Material Master and/or production BOM upon receiving ECN/request.
  • Manage and chair ECN meeting including maintaining ECN tracking list and Change Control Database
  • Manange and liaise with Material Planner/ Engineering/ Supplier/ Procurement on the customization of Production BOM/ECN changes.
  • Other tasks related to work requirements assigned by direct superior.
  • Minimum Degree in business administration, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or any Engineering degree.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in related field.
  • Good command of English (both verbal and written).
  • Good knowledge of MRP and ERP/ SAP systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
  • Familiar with concepts line ‘Lean manufacturing’, ‘KanBan’, ‘Push/Pull’.
