Tổng quan

  • Manage & appraise the overall performance of staff in the department.
  • Analyzing, reporting, giving recommendations and developing strategies on how to improve quality and quantity.
  • Achieve business and organization goals, visions and objectives.
  • Involved in employee selection, career development, succession planning and periodic training.
  • Manage the resources & expenditures of department.
  • To ensure that firefighting facilities are in good condition & production staff adhere to good safety.
  • To liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the production department.
  • To always ensure the Standard ISO quality control practices.
  • To create a good working environment at work area & ensure environment is complied with the local law.
  • Assist General Operations Manager to implement activities related to EKPI, ISO, VOC and other assigned projects
  • Proactive to identify and drive new improvement opportunities to optimize production process, improve productivity, safety, renovate facilities, systems… aligned with Local, regional and group strategy.
  • Degree preferably in Chemical or mechanical Engineering / Ưu tiên bằng Kỹ sư cơ khí hoặc Kỹ sư hoá học
  • At least 5 years of working in FDI manufacturing environment, experience in chemical/ construction/ steel industries is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), AutoCad. /Thành thạo Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), AutoCAD.
  • Proficient in English / Giao tiếp tốt tiếng Anh
  • Knowledge of PLC is an advantage / Biết về PLC là một lợi thế.
