Analyze business requirements and develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot following company development standards. (30%)
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for internal applications and external system integrations. (20%)
Perform testing, bug fixing and performance optimization to ensure applicat quality before and after deployment. (15%)
Work closely with Business, BA and end users to investigate issues, clarify requirements and implement appropriate solutions. (15%)
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Database and DevOps teams during deployment, monitoring and troubleshooting in UAT and Production environments. (10%)
Prepare technical documentation, support team members and contribute to continuous improvement of software development processes. (10%)
