- Identify and develop partnership opportunities and growth initiatives both K1 and K2.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to design and execute sales programs, campaigns, contests, and compensation schemes.

- Ensure effective implementation and continuous enhancement of partnership initiatives.
- Support transformation projects to enhance sales productivity, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Gather business requirements and coordinate system enhancement initiatives with relevant stakeholders.
- Implement sales management, reporting, and digital solutions.
- Optimize sales processes through automation and digitalization.
- Drive user adoption through training, communication, and change management activities.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and channel productivity to identify business opportunities.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Support forecasting, performance tracking, and management reporting.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to address business challenges and growth opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and distribution developments.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify opportunities and risks.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business planning and growth initiatives.
- Prepare management reports and presentations on key markets and competitive developments.
