- a, Product Development
- Participate in the development of life insurance products, ensuring they are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and adhere to project timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and launch new products.
- b, Taking part in product projects and coordinating between internal and external resources for the project execution to deliver products and product packages, including:
- Execute market research and analysis regarding competitors' product features
- Coordinate to define product value proposition and product commercial design
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
- II, Product Monitoring
- a, Coordinate with stakeholders to consolidate:
- Sales and customer feedback about the product after launching
- Possible impacts on existing products (regulatory impacts, risk impacts, financial impacts, etc.)
- Coordinate with stakeholders to analyze the issues (if any) and to propose solutions
- b, Manage follow-up actions to resolve issues.
- a, Qualification: University degree (or above), preferably in Business, Finance, Insurance, Marketing, or related fields
- b, Experience: At least 2 years of relevant working experience in product/project management in the Insurance/Banking industry
- c, Certification
- The following are encouraged to have:
- Certifications in Project Management / Product Management / Product Owner from certified professional bodies
- LOMA certifications
