Review Formal and No-formal pre-costs in NTIS (ERP system name).
Compare pre-costs with marker consumption, fabric and trim offers, purchase orders, quantities, specifications, prices, and amounts.
Perform the final review of purchase closing, vendor registration, and buyer debit transactions.
Supervise NTIS shipment records, shipment documents, buyer submissions, and correction of discrepancies.
Manage freight settlements, logistics cost reports, rate analysis, and payment requests.
Monitor buyer collections, overdue payments, monthly sales, claims, shortages, and airfreight costs.
Review the comparison between approved pre-costs and actual final costs.
Supervise team’s member and establish proper local control procedures.
