Analyze quality trend data and coordinate cross-functional meetings with Production and Engineering to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and verify their effectiveness.
Implement and monitor IATF 16949 Core Tools, including APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC and MSA.。
Manage internal and supplier 4M changes, including risk assessment, validation, post-change monitoring and customer approval when required.
Perform monthly product traceability verification and traceability drills in accordance with Customer Standard AS004.
Deploy customer requirements and quality countermeasures across related processes.
Support internal audits, customer audits and quality management system improvement activities.
