- Measuring Equipment and Cleanroom
- Manage measuring equipment and equipment calibration.
- Manage and monitor the cleanroom environment.
- Quality Problem Solving
- Investigate quality issues arising during production.
- Collect data, analyze defects, and support root cause analysis.
- Assist in handling Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and tracking corrective actions and their effectiveness.
- Quality Data & Improvement
- Collect and analyze quality data from production.
- Monitor defect trends and identify recurring issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and defect reduction activities.
- Documentation
- Prepare and update inspection documents such as Work Instructions (WIs), inspection criteria, check sheets, and related forms.
- Review Device History Records (DHRs) and ensure quality records are accurately completed and compliant with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
