Tổng quan

To lead DFM review, drive design for manufacturing and design for reliability reviews of NPI products/concepts at supplier and lead activities to optimize product and process designs.
Make recommendations for product/process design changes & final assembly standards/limits that have direct impact to final product cost, quality and delivery.
Co-work with cross- functional team and suppliers to define, validate and qualify the production line layout, process flow chart, line balancing.
Assembly process definition/design and investigate alternate assembly methods/equipment and automation to reduce headcount on assembly lines and increase process controls to prevent potential failures reaching customer.
Process development, validation and qualification of NPI projects.
Continues improvement for process improvement and optimization.
PFMEA and PMP development, review & approval.
Yield improvement and critical failures FA/CA
Failure/Data analysis - Plan, develop and implement procedures to test and evaluate products. Make recommendations for product design changes and final assembly standards.
