Tổng quan

Seek and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits and follow-up.
Prepare sales-related documents such as quotations, service contracts, and other necessary documents.
Support Customer Service (CS) operations, including shipment coordination, customer inquiries, and communication with internal departments when required.
Update market rates, logistics industry trends, and domestic/international business information, and report to the Japanese Manager.
Cooperate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and provide the best service to customers.
Conduct annual customer satisfaction surveys and handle customer complaints or service-related issues when necessary.
Learn and utilize the CargoWise system and participate in knowledge transfer during the onboarding period.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for the Japanese Manager.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
This position has no sales target and no sales incentive.
