We are looking for a data-driven Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for B2B clients in international markets. This role requires hands-on experience in B2B performance marketing, campaign tracking, conversion setup, and data analysis, with a strong focus on generating qualified leads and improving campaign performance.
Plan, set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Develop campaign strategies based on target audiences, business objectives, budgets, and lead-generation goals.
Manage campaign tracking and measurement, including UTM parameters, pixels, conversion tracking, and event setup.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, and lead quality.
Work with HubSpot to track, manage, and analyze leads throughout the marketing funnel.
Collaborate with Content and Design teams to develop and test new ad creatives, messaging, and audiences.
Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall advertising efficiency.
