Tổng quan

Plan, coordinate, and follow up automation equipment startup activities to support timely CAPEX execution.
Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance and related teams to finalize equipment, process, and workstation specifications earlier.
Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and delay factors; propose and implement practical countermeasures.
Create, assess, and prioritize Kaizen themes related to productivity, quality, yield, cost reduction, safety, and automation.
Drive ACP’s products improvement activities by collecting data, analyzing issues, conducting tests, reviewing results, and standardizing effective countermeasures.
Prepare or update work instructions, installation instructions, layouts, standard conditions, and training materials when improvement activities require changes.
Support manufacturing on engineering and technical issues, especially those related to automation, equipment layout, tooling, processing, and workstation improvement.
Monitor quality, scrap, productivity, and cost-related data, then coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.
Train operators or related staff on new processes, modified equipment, work instructions, and Kaizen standards.
Report progress, issues, test results, and improvement effectiveness to management in a timely and structured manner.
Perform other related duties as negotiated or assigned to meet ongoing business needs.
