Prepare cost estimates including unit rate build-up.
Obtain quotations from Subcontractors/Suppliers and prepare cost comparisons.
Maintain and update the cost database regularly.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on tender drawings and specifications.
Raise queries to Consultants/Clients to clarify Tender Documents and collect missing information.
Compile Tender Reports and provide recommendations for Contract awards.
Prepare Letter of Acceptance and Contract Documents.
Conduct site valuations and measurements.
Attend Client, Consultant, and Site meetings.
Prepare Interim Payments, Variation Orders, and Final Accounts.
