We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior NPI Project Management Engineer to lead and drive New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from initial planning through to mass production. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality and cost targets while coordinating cross-functional teams.
Lead and manage end-to-end NPI projects, from project kick-off to mass production launch
Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for new product introduction
Monitor and control key project KPIs (timeline, cost, quality, yield, etc.) to ensure successful project execution
Coordinate and align with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D
Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays
Ensure smooth transition and handover from project phase to mass production
Drive continuous improvement during and after project implementation
Provide ongoing technical and project support for products already in mass production
Report project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and management
Ensure compliance with company processes, standards, and documentation requirements
