Tổng quan

  • Recruitment (40%)
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to define job accountabilities, scopes, and candidate profiles for open vacancies.
  • Execute full-cycle recruitment including phone screening, interviews, reference checks, and job offers.
  • Identify effective sourcing channels and maintain an active candidate database (talent pool).
  • Build and maintain a strong network with universities, colleges, vocational centers, and professional channels.
  • Participate in Employer Branding initiatives (Job Fairs, Workshops, Store Tours, etc.) and support Management Trainee programs.
  • Track post-hire performance, conduct exit interviews, analyze resignation reasons, and prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
  • Supporting HR Functions (60%)
  • Coordinate new-staff onboarding (logistics, attendance, reports); collect training needs from store management and collaborate with the Academy to roll out company training programs.
  • Support the Performance Management process across 3 phases (Goal setting, Mid-year review, Year-end review).
  • Coordinate employee engagement events, internal activities (Best Employee, Best Practice, Long Service, HR Day, Engagement Surveys), and support the Trade Union.
  • Manage store staff and promoter data/records, track attendance and attire, handle onboarding documentation, and process employee ID cards.
  • Monitor, guide, and ensure general staff strictly comply with company policies and working procedures.
  • Support C&B in answering staff inquiries regarding benefits, shift plans, and basic policies.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR Division Leader, Deputy Manager, HR Manager, or Store Manager.
