Visit assigned retail outlets daily to generate sales orders and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Identify and develop new retail outlets to expand market coverage within the assigned territory.
Ensure products are properly displayed, well-stocked, and maintained in accordance with company merchandising standards.
Apply the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle to maintain product freshness and minimize expired inventory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to support long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
Follow up on deliveries and collect payments from customers in accordance with company policies.
Execute promotional activities, product launches, and product sampling programs to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Monitor distributor inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent stock shortages or delivery delays.
Record daily sales activities, update sales data in the system, and report competitor activities and market feedback to the supervisor.
Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
