- This role is responsible for building and executing partner development strategies, improving partner productivity, strengthening business performance, and ensuring partners operate in compliance with SHBFinance policies, service standards, and applicable regulations.
- Partner Development & Business Growth
- Develop and execute partner development plans to achieve business targets across assigned channels.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop potential partners to expand SHBFinance’s traditional partner network.
- Build strong relationships with key partners and identify opportunities to increase business contribution and partnership value.
- Work with partners to develop action plans and initiatives that improve business performance and cooperation effectiveness.
- Partner Performance Management
- Establish and maintain performance monitoring mechanisms to track partner productivity, business results, and operational effectiveness.
- Review partner performance periodically and identify opportunities, gaps, and corrective actions.
- Partner with the Department Head to develop business plans, performance targets, KPIs, and evaluation mechanisms.
- Monitor sales productivity and identify potential operational or sales-related risks, including employee misconduct and fraud risks at partner locations.
- Partner Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure partners operate in accordance with SHBFinance policies, procedures, guidelines, and applicable Vietnamese laws.
- Establish appropriate controls to prevent partner misconduct, regulatory violations, fraud, and activities that may negatively impact SHBFinance.
- Review and recommend improvements to partner processes, policies, operating guidelines, and partner sanction mechanisms.
- Coordinate with relevant internal functions to resolve partner-related issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Market & Competitor Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and partner ecosystem developments to identify business opportunities and emerging risks.
- Translate market and competitor insights into recommendations for improving partner policies, processes, and business models.
- Propose initiatives that strengthen SHBFinance’s competitiveness and value proposition in the market.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal functions and business partners to optimize business performance and operational effectiveness.
- Act as a key point of coordination between SHBFinance and strategic traditional partners.
- Advise the Department Head on partner operations, business performance, risk management, and development opportunities.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to implement business initiatives and resolve issues effectively.
- Reporting & Management Information
- Build and maintain management reports and dashboards covering partner performance, productivity, business results, and key risk indicators.
- Provide regular monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews and recommendations to management.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and business analysis as required by management and authorized stakeholders.
- Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop the Partner Development & Management team to achieve business objectives.
- Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure effective execution across the team.
- Foster a results-oriented, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
