Tổng quan

Ensure that construction safety standards are understood and implemented on the project.
Schedule and conduct HSE inspections.
Coordinate with contractors’ station HSE staff.
Establish and maintain project HSE administration.
Assist in the investigation of significant incidents and accidents.
Reporting unsafe conditions or acts to PIC HSE Manager
Conducting weekly audits and construction trend analysis
To correct unsafe acts or conditions through the regular line of authority
Ensure all site personnel are HSE inducted
Effective participation in weekly HSE inspections / Monthly Safety Tour inspections.
Reportable to the PIC HSE Manager and shall be responsible for defined project station and for communicating instructions to contractors HSE Officer as required.
Act as immediate HSE Line Manager and assist and report to PIC HSSE Manager on all forms of HSE matters.
Supervise and support station safety training.
Advise the station management team on matters in respect of safety requirements and station implementation.
Carry out a scheduled station inspection at least once per week accompanied by the station construction team.
Assist the contractors HSE teams in planning emergency evacuation and fire drills at least once every month at the Site Safety officer’s supervised project site.
Assist Station Managers, Safety Inspectors, Site Engineers, Foremen and Supervisors in their daily activity briefings, safety toolbox meetings (TBM) and safety coaching of the work force.
