- Define the business strategy, product roadmap and growth priorities for Digital Banking.
- Lead the development and commercialization of digital financial and banking products, including lending, payments, savings and other financial services.
- Drive key business KPIs across customer growth, transaction volume, revenue, portfolio quality and profitability.
- Work closely with Product, Technology, Data, Risk, Operations and Commercial teams to bring products from concept to market.
- Develop strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, fintechs and ecosystem partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and continuously improve products based on customer needs, data and market trends.
- Your Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Banking, Fintech, Consumer Finance or Financial Services.
- Strong business ownership and product thinking.
- Commercial and data-driven mindset with the ability to turn ideas into scalable businesses.
- Proven ability to work across functions and drive initiatives from strategy to execution.
