Tổng quan

Customer Service:
Contact with customer and receive information of cargo in/out daily
Update information and report issue and trouble to customer
Control cargo in/out:
Doing for cargo inbound and outbound as customer request:
Receive document from customer for cargo inbound/outbound
Coordinate with Trucking/vendor to deliver cargo as schedule
Doing warehouse works for inbound/outbound as SOP
Confirm to customer about cargo in/out by warehouse receipt
Report:
Report cargo inbound/outbound with customer
Make irregular report and KPI report (if any)
Report inventory/cargo stock
Candidate must possess Bachelor/ College Degree of International Business/ Foreign Trade/ Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Transportation or equivalent.
Communication in English (written and oral)
Ability to work under pressure, high responsibility.
Computer Skill, Time Management Skills.
